Privacy

What arcsampling.com collects, what it’s used for, and how to have it removed. This page covers the website. The Arc alpha will have its own privacy terms before anyone uses it with clinical recordings.

What the site collects

When you leave your email address on the Join the alpha page, Arc stores the address, the date, and the page you came from. The form asks for nothing else.

Arc does not use analytics, advertising, or tracking scripts on this website. Cloudflare hosts the site and processes technical information about visits, as described below.

The PCC calculator

The PCC calculator runs entirely in your browser. The transcript you enter stays in your browser. Arc does not receive or save it. You can copy or download your worksheet if you want to keep it.

How your email address is used

Arc uses your email address to let you know when the hosted alpha is available and invite you to join. Arc does not sell your email address or share it with anyone besides the services named on this page.

Where it is kept

The site runs on Cloudflare. The signup list is stored in a Cloudflare database managed by Arc. Signup notifications containing your email address are sent to Melissa Rajaram’s Gmail inbox.

Cloudflare processes technical information, such as your IP address, to deliver and protect the website. Its privacy policy explains how it handles that information.

Removing your email address

Write to hello@arcsampling.com and ask, and your address will be deleted from the list.

Changes

If this changes, this page will say so, with the date.
